Want to learn about how managed forests in Louisiana help birds thrive?
You're invited to learn more about how sustainable managed forests positively affect wild birds in Louisiana at an April event at the Flying Heart Brewing and Pub in Natchitoches.
The event, put on by the Orleans Audubon Society and American Bird Conservancy, is set for 6 to 9 p.m. April 2 at the brewery and pub at 108 Mill St. in Natchitoches. You also can learn about how to help birds like the swallow-tailed kite.
Drinks, snacks and prizes will be available for as long as supplies last.
