Graduate research assistant sought for Louisiana Forest Products Development Center

Dr. Richard Vlosky, director of the Louisiana Forest Products Development Center, Crosby Land & Resources Endowed Professor of Forest Sector Business Development, states LSU is seeking a graduate assistant for a Master of Science student in the center.

"The successful candidate will be involved in a cutting-edge project in the field of forest products marketing/business development with a focus on evaluation of market potential for Cross-Laminated Lumber (CLT) and Massive Veneer Panels (MVP) in the Southern United States using Southern Yellow Pine," according to Vlosky.

The MS candidate will co-lead the study with Vlosky and will be funded during the two-year period with assistantship, plus have paid tuition, fees and insurance.
